Safety

Whatever the task at hand is, we are focused on safety. As contractors, we represent your project. It is our responsibility to ensure our workers understand the job-based safety hazards, are trained, and have the required competencies for the task at hand. We train our workers to know their rights and obligations around stopping work if it feels unsafe. We care for each other, and we are our brother’s/sister’s keeper on-site.  

Collaboration

We don’t just deliver a job; we take time to partner with our clients and understand their business and how we can best represent them on the job site. Often, the project scope is one thing, but there is more to the story and by taking time to listen carefully, we can uncover more ways to assure quality delivery. From how we use technology to how we utilize environmentally efficient construction practices, to how we engage with the local community, we partner with our clients.

Global Network

We have a highly skilled team of construction experts that have immense experience working in marsh environments, in rugged and rural mountainous terrain, and in the hot and dry southern heat.

Our project management team is skilled in strategy, planning, use of technology and people management. But where there is a challenge that is outside our specific wheelhouse, we have access to a team of global experts through our affiliation with Canada’s Surerus Murphy and the UK & Ireland’s Murphy Group. All it takes is a phone call and we immediately have back-up support on any project, any time, any location.
