The WHC Energy Services Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following promotions effective November 1, 2015.
• Rick Mills, Senior Vice President, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President reporting to the President. Rick will retain all of his previous responsibilities and assume the financial oversight and financial reporting duties for the company
• Fred Roberts, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, will continue as Executive Vice President reporting to the President. Fred will continue his responsibilities for banking relations, insurance management, bonding management, legal coordination, human resources oversight, and as a WHC board member.
