Combined, this equipment fleet can handle any size of civil or earthworks project, making this fleet one of the largest privately owned fleets in North America. We also have specialized equipment for renewable projects, including a large fleet of pile drivers to support large-scale solar projects.

We have a substantial 650-piece civil earthworks fleet that consists of bulldozers, excavators, articulated trucks, loaders, tractors, motor graders, soil compactors and ditch trenching equipment. The size categories of our construction equipment range from small compact equipment to large earthworks.

Our smaller equipment complements constricted or ground-pressure sensitive work areas while our larger earthworks equipment, such as 90-ton excavators and 48-ton dozers, provide efficiencies in large-area work environments. With over 50 haul trucks, the company can bulk transport massive quantities of material on any worksite. We also carry a specialty fleet of ditching equipment consisting of chain and wheel ditchers. These range from 16-inch up to a 73-inch-wide trench.

We have a large quantity of sideboom and pipelayer equipment specific to pipeline construction. With over 150 sidebooms ranging from 18-ton to 120-ton lift capacity, and along and pipe loading capacity with deckhands ranging up to 70-ton excavator, we can handle any size of pipe from small-inch to large-inch diameter projects. We carry a variety of support equipment for the pipeline sector, from tracked and wheeled tachrigs, sandblast and coating, heat induction units, and more.

Our on-highway fleet has the capacity to support any level of project. Our fleet consists of heavy transport equipment trailers with capacity to transport up to 90-ton machinery. We also have an extensive fleet of heavy re-fueler, lube and service trucks, roll-off and crane trucks all in 2wd and 4wd configurations to handle adverse conditions. Picker trucks are also essential to construction execution; our fleet has over 30 picker/crane trucks ranging from 5-ton to 70-ton lift capacity.

Technology plays a big part in fleet maintenance, driver behavior reporting and designed grade machine control capabilities. Our fleet incorporates telematic technology to give up to date live data of vehicle condition, driver behavior, idle management, and maintenance reminders to ensure we are getting maximum benefit and efficiency from our fleet. Grade control or machine control is another massive investment we have made into our civil earthworks fleet. Our team of engineers will design 3D site plans that can be downloaded into our earthworks fleet. This is important because, for example, it gives the operator of an excavator the exact grade file and contours to follow with an in-cab display of digital site plan and working area.

To maximize productivity, reduce operating cost and manage utilization of equipment, our fleet is enrolled into a maintenance and management program. With the use of customized software, all regular services, check points, inspection and annual certification governance is monitored by a team of fleet managers to make sure that no assets are non-compliant against our own maintenance standards, or those set out by manufacturer, or any regulatory bodies. This ensures that we are maximizing the fleet life cycle of the assets and its contribution to our projects.
