Mick Fitzpatrick
CEO
Mick has over 30 years of experience. He has operated at various levels within the key sectors of natural resources, water, and waste management, with a focus on the design and construction of large diameter pipelines and associated facilities.
Julie Story
CFO
Julie has been leading finance, governance, legal, IT and office services’ teams for over 25 years across infrastructure, manufacturing, and high-tech industries. Julie is a designated accountant (CPA) and the Executive Vice President of Finance for North America and CFO WHC.
Simon Phillips
Executive VP, Commercial Operations
Simon has nearly three decades of increasingly senior experience supporting energy construction projects across Europe and North America. He brings strategy and dynamic leadership to projects. His guidance around the supply chain, insurance and risk and alternative contract delivery models helps ensure our focus on assured delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
Sean Nicholson
Executive VP of Health, Safety,
Environment and Quality
Sean is the Executive Vice President of HSEQ for the Surerus Murphy Group / WHC and has over 24 years of professional experience at a senior/executive level managing health, safety, risk, compliance, and qualification programs internationally in a variety of industries with a heavy focus in the energy industry. Sean has been actively involved with the INGAA Foundation since 2008.
Michelle Dulmadge
Executive VP, Human Resources
Michelle has over 20 years of human resources experience primarily in Oil & Gas and Construction, and is a pro-active leader executing strategic, effective, and efficient HR services that drive stakeholder value, employee engagement and culture. Michelle holds HR designations in both Canada (CPHR) and the United States (SHRM-SCP).
Scott Graves
President Oil and Gas & COO
With over 20 years of experience, Scott has held positions in business development, estimating, project management, and senior leadership. He has worked on pipeline and facility construction projects nationally.
Randel Badeaux
President Power North America
Randel’s role includes operational oversight in the renewables sector, as well as support of EPC projects across all sectors. Randel is well-versed and experienced in the EPC (engineer-procure-construct) method of project delivery.
Rayburn Judice
Senior VP of Pipelines
Rayburn oversees areas including engineering design, estimating, construction & project management, and quality control. With 40 years in this industry, he has held positions in engineering, estimating, management, and senior leadership capacities.
Kevin LaBauve
Senior VP Strategic Relations
Kevin has 35 years of experience in construction engineering, project management, estimating, project consulting and management capacities, with a specialty in welding and concrete foundation design. Kevin maintains responsibility for all areas related to pipeline facilities operations, including estimating, project management, and construction.
