Mick Fitzpatrick
CEO
Mick has over 30 years of experience. He has operated at various levels within the key sectors of natural resources, water, and waste management, with a focus on the design and construction of large diameter pipelines and associated facilities.
Julie Story
CFO
Julie has been leading finance, governance, legal, IT and office services’ teams for over 25 years across infrastructure, manufacturing, and high-tech industries. Julie is a designated accountant (CPA) and the Executive Vice President of Finance for North America and CFO WHC.
Simon Phillips
Executive VP, Commercial Operations
Simon has nearly three decades of increasingly senior experience supporting energy construction projects across Europe and North America. He brings strategy and dynamic leadership to projects. His guidance around the supply chain, insurance and risk and alternative contract delivery models helps ensure our focus on assured delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
Sean Nicholson
Executive VP of Health, Safety,
Environment and Quality
Sean is the Executive Vice President of HSEQ for the Surerus Murphy Group / WHC and has over 24 years of professional experience at a senior/executive level managing health, safety, risk, compliance, and qualification programs internationally in a variety of industries with a heavy focus in the energy industry. Sean has been actively involved with the INGAA Foundation since 2008.
Michelle Dulmadge
Executive VP, Human Resources
Michelle has over 20 years of human resources experience primarily in Oil & Gas and Construction, and is a pro-active leader executing strategic, effective, and efficient HR services that drive stakeholder value, employee engagement and culture. Michelle holds HR designations in both Canada (CPHR) and the United States (SHRM-SCP).
Scott Graves
President Oil and Gas & COO
With over 25 years of experience, Scott has held leadership positions spanning business development, estimating, project management, operations, and executive management. Currently, Scott is responsible for the company’s overall operational performance and leads WHC’s Oil & Gas Sector, encompassing Pipeline and Facilities operations. He provides executive leadership, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, client relationships, and the development and execution of WHC’s long-term business strategy.
Randel Badeaux
President Power North America
With 23 years of experience across the Oil & Gas and Power industries, Randel leads WHC’s Power sector across the U.S. and Canadian markets. He provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the sector while maintaining key client relationships. His leadership and deep operational knowledge give the team the tools to govern and guide construction and drive performance, which positions the sector to capture strategic opportunities. Randel’s track record of overseeing EPC (engineer-procure-construct) project delivery, combined with his business acumen, shapes how he leads the sector.
Rayburn Judice
Senior VP of Pipelines
Rayburn has over 40 years in the energy industry, largely in construction leadership roles. His extensive experience in design, estimating, and construction for both owner/operators and contractors provides a unique perspective on project management that aligns with WHC’s “Assured Delivery” value by emphasizing innovative thinking during planning and execution. He is a hands-on leader, providing unwavering support to his team to provide safe and reliable performance that meet or exceed expectations.
Kevin LaBauve
Senior VP Strategic Relations
Kevin brings more than 35 years of experience in pipeline and energy infrastructure construction. He has served in senior executive roles across WHC’s operations and core business lines and at the helm of leading construction associations that influence the energy sector. In this role, he blends his technical expertise, client engagement, and collaborative approach to lead WHC’s strategic relations strategy, strengthening the company’s relationships with clients, policymakers, and industry partners.
