Safe behavior directs our work; it is our number one deliverable, and it is our relentless pursuit to ensure what we build has caused no harm to people, and we mitigate our impacts on the environment. Health and safety at our work sites are our first and most important priority.

We believe safety is not the absence of loss events, but rather the presence of robust control mechanisms. Our objective is to have such a strong safety culture that our safety performance is best-in-class and our drive for safety excellence sets the benchmark for industry to follow because – as an industry – we all learn from each other and benefit from positive lessons learned.

Each of our projects have safety experts in the field advising day-to-day on safety practices and their presence drives a strong and formidable safety culture.

Stakeholder Engagement

We work with our clients early in the project stage to determine feasibility, support early community and partner engagement with key stakeholders, support planning and regulatory requirements needed before a project begins and then we collaborate with our client throughout the construction phase until the project is in-service and beyond.
